Refund Policy
Because our products are digital, refunds are only available in specific cases — such as software incompatibility, faulty or incorrectly described products, issues caused by our website, or payment processing errors.
To request a refund, please provide a brief explanation of the issue. Your feedback helps improve the quality of our products and services.
The refund period lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after 15 days will not be eligible.

Refunds
If your request meets the refund criteria, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Partial Refunds
If you purchased multiple items, only the qualifying items will be refunded. Partial refunds may be issued accordingly.

Deleting Refunded Items
By accepting a refund, you agree to permanently delete and uninstall the refunded product from your computer, folders, website, or any other storage location. Refunded products may not be used in any past, current, or future design projects.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.
