Functionality
Effortlessly focus on your selected artwork. Zoom to Selection button instantly centers your selection and adjusts the zoom level, providing a clear and centered view of all selected objects within the Illustrator window.
Install and Run the Script
- Place the script file in your Adobe Illustrator scripts folder:

MacOS: /Applications/Adobe Illustrator <Version>/Presets/<Language>/Scripts
Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator <Version>\Presets\<Language>\Scripts
ㅤ - Restart Adobe Illustrator to load the script into the File > Scripts menu.
- Open your document and go to File > Scripts > Zoom to Selection.
- This will open a floating panel.

Using the Panel
- Select objects: Select the objects you want to zoom and center on in your Illustrator document.
- Click the ✚ button on the floating panel.
- Illustrator will automatically zoom and center the view on the selected objects.

- Move the panel: While holding down the mouse button, drag the panel to the desired location on your screen.
- Resize the panel: You can resize the panel by dragging the bottom-right corner of the panel.
- Close the panel: To close the panel, click the ✖︎ button at the top of the panel.
